In order to reset your username at NGS Medicare, you must follow the steps below:
- Please visit the official website at https://www.ngsmedicare.com/. Please use a valid browser.
- By clicking on the Login link, you will be brought to the login page.
- Click on the “Cannot login” link.
- Click the “Reset username” link and enter your email address to receive the link to retrieve your username.
Password Reset
The following steps must be followed in order to reset the NGS Medicare password:
- The official website can be found at: https://www.ngsmedicare.com/. Visit it using a good browser.
- Login by clicking on the Login button.
- Click on the “Cannot login” link.
- To receive the link to reset the forgotten password, select the “Reset password” button and enter your User ID and Email ID.
